Product Information

The iW1 is NHT’s basic in-wall design. It uses a 6.5” woofer and a 1” fabric-dome tweeter. The iW1 has similar dispersion to a typical bookshelf design and works best when placed in rooms where the listeners are centrally positioned. Because of its co-axial layout, the IW1 can be mounted in the wall either horizontally or vertically. NHT has designed its IW1, 2 and 3 in-wall speakers using a baffle that is exchangeable for any of the three models. You can easily upgrade or replace each model without ever removing the frame from the wall.  


Our in-walls are designed for easy installation and are ruggedly built to last. For new construction, make your life easier by using the IWB pre-construction bracket which works for the iW1, iW2 and iW3 speakers.
