The iWB pre-construction bracket is used to frame out the in-ceiling or in-wall speaker location prior to sheetrock application. The iWB eliminates the need to cut holes for new speaker installations and makes speaker locations predictable rather than cutting holes blind. For new construction or remodeling when ceiling and joists and wall studs are exposed.  The iWB also makes for easy post sheetrock speaker installation in walls or in-ceiling.  The iWB fits the NHT iW1, iW2, iW3 in-wall speakers.  One kit contains 2 brackets for 2 speakers.

What can I say

It's a bracket that frames out a hole in the sheetrock. Works very good. Nothing much to complain about. This thing makes installing the speaker about 1000 times faster after sheetrock.
